Steps to change favicon in blogger:
1. First, let's login to blogger dashboard.
2. Go to Layout on the left corner.
3. You will be viewing the Favicon option on the top left corner.
4. Click 'Edit'.
5. A new popup window will appear. (See image below).
6. Now, Click on 'Çhoose File' and upload a new favicon with square in size. Preferably a 2X2 favicon with 100 kb in size is perfect and easily accepted by blogger.
7. Once done, click 'Save' and exit the windows.
8. Now, click 'Save Arrangement' button and exit the layout module.
Wait for few minutes and your new favicon will be successfully uploaded and visible to every user. That's it, this is how you can change your blogger favicon easily.
